At Winning Strategy, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital training through our programs such as The Winning Strategy System. Because our offerings include instantly accessible digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Digital Product Policy

By purchasing The Winning Strategy System or any other digital product from WinningStrategy.co, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • All digital product sales are final. Once access is granted, we do not issue refunds under any circumstances.
  • Product access is delivered instantly after purchase. For this reason, cancellations or refund requests will not be honored.
  • Refund requests due to change of mind, lack of use, or dissatisfaction without cause will not be accepted.
  • Initiating a chargeback after receiving access to our system is considered fraud and will be disputed with supporting evidence.

Exceptions

Refunds are only considered in limited cases:

  • You were charged twice for the same product.
  • You never received access to the program and can verify this with supporting evidence.

Any exception requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase and will be reviewed at our discretion.

Unauthorized Refund Attempts

If a customer files a dispute or chargeback after receiving and using our product, we will submit the following to PayPal or the respective payment processor:

  • Login activity and timestamps
  • Course access logs
  • A copy of this refund policy as accepted at checkout

We reserve the right to:

  • Revoke access to all future updates
  • Deny future purchases
  • Pursue legal or financial action for chargeback fraud
